Widely recognized as a symbol of affection, xo unfolds between the Gardiner columns, displayed in epic scale for all to behold and engage with.

This light installation serves as a vibrant greeting and a visual manifestation of Toronto’s ongoing transformation and progress. The radiant letters of the installation, with their inherent transience, embrace the impermanence that accompanies growth and development.

For nearly three decades, Concord has been committed to public art in its major communities across Canada. Concord’s public art program creates a sense of place in its parks, public landscapes and on the towers they build.
