
Gen Yamamoto is an architect who graduated from Keio University in Japan. He began his career as a junior architect at Atelier DEN, where he worked for three years. He was later chosen for the Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists and received support from the Agency for Cultural Affairs of Japan to spend a year working at NL Architects in the Netherlands. Since then, he has led many projects at NL Architects, focusing on conceptual design and contributing key works that define the firm’s style.
