Nikola Steer (She/her) is an award-winning performer, visual artist, and cultural producer based in Toronto. She is a sought-after consultant serving multiple festivals, special events, publications, grant bodies, organizations, and individual practitioners. Throughout her ever-expanding practice Nikola’s work is marked by wit and wonder. She finds that her work is most resonant when it reweaves the social fabric in these starkly divisive times and reconnects us with the magic of being alive and in community. Currently, Nikola is working on her first book, The Real Show is Backstage, a sumptuous expansion of her 2018 photography exhibit of the same name.
