Sonobee Hills is a small-scale apiary in Dufferin County just north of Toronto, producing thoughtful batches of raw and infused honeys. Seasonal harvests of raw honeys range from bright, delicate summer blossoms to the darker, bolder autumn flows. Infused creamed honeys include seasonal florals like Lilac or chamomile, and classic flavours ginger, cinnamon, and orange+lavender. We have two kinds of hot honey to satisfy both a hefty zip, and complex flavour profiles, and we offer our comb-honeys in a beautiful birch-bark round.
