WIP Collaborative (Work in Progress | Women in Practice) is a shared multidisciplinary practice of independent design professionals who work together on research and design projects that engage communities and the public realm. Founded on feminist principles and distinct from a traditional design practice built around a singular identity and authorship, WIP is centered around co-creation and adaptable ways of working together. The WIP Collaborative project team behind Soft Fits includes Sera Ghadaki, Abby Coover, Elsa Ponce, and Lindsay Harkema. WIP Collaborative is certified as a women-owned business (WBE) and based in Brooklyn, New York.
