Dominoes is a choose-your-own-adventure experience, but here are some suggestions to get you started!
See it all
Arrive early and explore the full route from 1pm to 4pm as it’s being built block-by-block. It’s not possible to “chase” along the whole route during the domino fall (due to the speed), but you can walk it all during the afternoon!
Get social
Chat with our friendly team of volunteers, fellow explorers, and local residents.
Hang out in the park
Head towards Canoe Landing Park for a prime view of the fall, and a great sunny chill zone.
Bring the whole family
Kids might particularly enjoy seeing dominoes at West Block (under the Gardiner at Bathurst), on the Bathurst Bridge over the rail tracks, or under the Gardiner at Bentway Staging Grounds.
Shop and dine
Visit a pop-up Indigenous Market at West Block (under the Gardiner at Bathurst), grab a bite at Stackt Market, make a dining reservation at the Old York Tavern, or visit some waterfront shops en route to Dominoes.
Cheer on the “fall”
The route starts at Niagara & Wellington. See it all begin around 4:30pm! Or, catch the grand finale on the waterfront, just east of Bathurst. The entire fall is expected to last 30 minutes.
