Max Dean is working and staying at home where he continues to ponder how to make and exhibit his large scale sculptural installations and photographs. He has a very optimistic perspective and sees our situation as an opportunity to rethink and re-evaluate art. Dean hopes to continue teaching at Ryerson University’s School of Image Arts and he is represented by the Stephen Bulger Gallery.
Andrew Savery-Whiteway was born and raised in Trenton, ON. After extensively studying Jazz performance through his adolescence, Andrew enrolled in the Ryerson School of Image Arts and pursued a photography degree. Since graduating, he has collaborated with visual artist Max Dean, and worked as a studio assistant to several Toronto-based visual artists and photographers. Andrew continues to freelance, and practice visual art as well as working as a Digital Imaging Specialist at Toronto Image Works.
