Tools For Care with Renelyn Quinicot: August

Tools for Care with Renelyn Quinicot explores our relationship to living, everchanging sites – as seen in our city and at The Bentway, but also as felt within our bodies.

The Bentway is a setting of movement, and in-betweenness where grassy patches meet concrete routes for vehicles and pedestrians to pass through all while overlooking the glisten of the nearby lake.

Renelyn Quinicot (she/her) leads a monthly series to experience The Bentway environment as a space where we can gather to pause, ground, reset and drop into our senses together.

Each session we will explore different techniques of getting to know ourselves, what we need, and how to nurture this through mindful breathwork, joyful and strengthening movement, soundbath meditations, journaling, and open discussions. Register for single sessions or to join the full series as a growing experience.
