Erin MacKeen is a self-taught artist, educator and designer. Her multi-disciplinary practice explores themes of care and collective handcraft and her work is currently focused on screen printed tarot imagery using repurposed materials and handwork such as embroidery, beading, felting, and crochet. She works in artist-run, cooperative spaces such as ARTiculations Art Supply and the Contemporary Textile Studio Cooperative, building communities of practice and helping people learn to make things.
