Àdìrẹ on Ice: Guided Community Skate

Join us for an evening of playful movement inspired by the patterns and forms of Odudu Umoessien’s Transform the Trail installation. Follow projected patterns, move with others, and explore how a familiar winter activity can bring people together.

What happens when skating becomes an act of connection?

Experience Àdìrẹ on Ice through a playful collective skating experience exploring trust and guided movement inspired by àdìrẹ‘s visual language.

Moving through patterns projected onto the Skate Trail, individuals, pairs, and small groups transform the rink into a shifting landscape of bodies, gestures, and relationships. Part game, part movement experiment, our guided skate night asks how a familiar winter activity might become an opportunity to meet, support, and move alongside someone new.

For one evening, take part in a space for embodied learning, shared play, and practicing how we move through winter together.
