The Bentway is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day site operations at our dynamic, year-round public space — the only one of its kind in Canada.
Reporting to the Manager of Facilities, the Facilities Supervisor will focus on site leadership, facilities management, oversight of the Urban Ranger team, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all site guests. The ideal candidate is a skilled supervisor with a strong customer service background and a commitment to providing exceptional visitor experiences for all Bentway visitors in both winter and summer settings.
The working environment for this job requires certain conditions to be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions. These include:
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts.
- Possibility of experiencing moderate to extreme noise levels.
- Working at heights (with required certification).
- Working predominantly outdoors, in all seasons.
