Join Red Pepper Spectacle Arts as they lead a community arts workshop where participants are invited to create their own animal mask or welcome flag celebrating Little Amal’s visit to The Bentway on Sunday June 11.

Inflatables 101 is an educational workshop that explores the experiential and impermanent qualities of inflatable architecture. During this hands-on experience, participants will create a 20’ inflatable bubble by using a mix of reclaimed plastic sheeting and plastic bags.
Explore the neighbourhood at these active learning experiences on-the-go! Activities include urban foraging, nature exploration, and field recording. Walking workshops kick off at The Bentway western edge, near Strachan Ave.

Meditation and movement teacher Renelyn Quinicot leads a monthly meet-up series that includes soundbaths, journaling, joyful movement, and mindful breathwork.
